Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To be able to contact you to provide you quotations or invoices.
To be able to correctly specify any proposed works

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

Gathering information about property age etc online
Provided to us by the organisation or business that you have your original flooring contract with that uses All Floor One as a subcontractor.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you quotations and invoices or in the case of providing a service in a sub-contracting setting in order to organise and facilitate the carrying out of said works.

We may share this information with contractors working underneath our direction or HMRC if ever necessary.

How we store your personal information

Your information is digitally securely stored.

We keep contact details for as long as we are legally obliged to. We will then dispose your information by deleting any relevant files. Any Printed paper copies will be destroyed by hand.
