We ply lined the wood floors using Hanson’s SP101 flooring grade plywood, fixed to British standards, and feathered the joints. We applied F Ball F77 epoxy DPM followed by F Ball 1200 smoothing underlayment across all the concrete floors together and feathered at the plywood.
Once the subfloors had been correctly prepared, we then fully bonded the luxury vinyl flooring in Streethay, Lichfield.
